On January 1, 2015, the value-added tax (VAT) rates applied by Apple will increase in all EU member states.
VAT will be based on the customer’s country of residence instead of being the same across all EU territories.
As a result, some wholesale prices in iTunes for music in these territories will change.
Apple announced it will also introduce wholesale prices in local currencies in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Additionally, direct payments to you for music played on iTunes Radio are now also supported for Australia.
